Release Notes Equip (09.08.2022)
This release of Equip contains one new feature:
Transfer equipment
It is now possible to transfer equipment from one installation to another.
On the sender installation, equipment will get status 'Moved'. There will also be created a survey for the transfer, containing all the equipment that was transfered.
On the receiving installation the equipment will be imported with all history items. There will also be created a survey for the transfer, containing all the equipment that was transfered.
Both arrangements and single equipment can be transfered. Equipment that is part of an arrangement can not be transfered as single equipment - only as the whole arrangement.
Transfer equipment is initiated from the Equipment tab.
Select company and installation to transfer the equipment to.
Select which equipment to transfer.
Equipment that are part of an Arrangement are not visible in the Equipment list. You can select the arrangement in the Arrangements tab in top right corner.
Select arrangements to transfer.
Review the list of selected equipment and arrangements. It is possible to remove items from the list to be transfered from this page.
Before clicking Tranfer, the user has to check the confirmation box. This is an intentional barrier as transfering equipment can't be undone.
After transfer is done, Equip shows a survey containing the moved equipment. A similar survey is created at the receiver installation.
