Bridge – Inspector user instructions

All Axess Digital Bridge applications run in your web browser and behave like an app on your handheld device.
(However: Axess Digital Bridge applications are not an application you can download from the Appstore or Google Play

Axess Digital Bridge applications are only optimized for Google Chrome above version 9.0 and Microsoft Edge Windows 10 web browsers.
Other web browsers are not supported.

Apple iPad is not compatible with Axess Digital Bridge.

Enter "https://bridge.axess.no" on your Android tablet or Windows PC to use Axess Digital Bridge.
Requirements:
Tablet - Minimum requirements.
- Android 9.0 (Pie) OS or greater.
- Screen resolution above 2000 x 1500.
- Minimum 64GB of onboard storage (excluding extendable storage like an SD card).
- 4GB of system memory (RAM) or greater.
- Minimum Quad-core CPU at 2.0GHz or an Octa-core CPU at 1.6GHz.
- 8 MP Camera or greater
- Google Chrome web browser app installed, updated, and set as the default browser.
Remark:
The application requires that at least 10% of the storage space on your device is free to save data when working outside the wi-fi range.
Laptop/Desktop - Minimum requirements

All standard Laptops or Desktop workstations running Windows 10 or greater will be sufficient.

Axess Digital Bridge support/customer service
- According to standard service agreements, all support and other inquiries should be directed to support.bridge@axessgroup.com.
- Axess Digital provides Tier-1 to Tier-3 support.
Where Tier 1 handles all incoming support-, requests-, and incident- inquiries.
From Tier-1 support, our technicians will handle your inquiries or route (escalate) the issues to the responsible resources/Team.
