First time using Axess Digital Bridge
In this article, we will have a walkthrough:

- How to add an Axess Digital Bridge Application to your Desktop/Home screen
Where to find/enter the Axess Digital Bridge Portal and log in the first time step by step
Quick guide:
- Go to: bridge.axess.no, and choose the "Forgot your password? Click here" option
- Enter your username (email address) in the "Request password change" form/page.
- Click the "Request password change" button.
- If you are registered as a user. You will now receive a "Set password for Axess Bridge" email with instructions to change your password.
Please follow these instructions.
In detail:
The Login page
Axess Digital Bridge Login page gives you access to all our applications. When you have logged in, you will be forwarded to your Company Portal, and here you will find all the Bridge applications and company's installations you can access.
Please note:
- In this article, we use "Installation" to describe all assets (Rig, FPSO ...)
- You have to create a user before you can enter The Bridge Company Portal.

You can only access those installations you are granted access to.
(Don't hesitate to contact Axess Digital support if you need help accessing your company portal)
To access Axess Digital Bridge:
- In the MS Edge Chromium or Chrome Web browser, go to https://bridge.axess.no

Type your credentials.

Click on the "Login" button.
The Axess Digital Company Portal - Start site
On the Company Portal, you find all Installations where you have access.
The next step will be to open the Installation you will be working at/with.
Please note:
You can only access the Installations you have been granted access to.

You are logged in to the Customer Portal, where you are granted access.
(In this article, we will use "THE COMPANY'" Customer Portal)

When clicking on the "Type to filter installations" select box, the installations you are granted access to will appear.
(In this article, we will enter installation "demorig").
Axess Digital Company Portal - Installation Dashboard
On the Installation Dashboard, you will find all applications available to this specific Installation (demorig)
The next step is to start the application you want to access, in this example, eDROPS, by clicking on the eDROPS icon.
Please note:
Bridge applications that are not available for the installation are greyed out
To start Axess Digital eDROPS:

Please note; that you find installation information in the top section of the "Installation Dashboard" - check that you are on the correct installation before you start eDrops
(We have selected "demorig" on the company "The Company")
- Click on the "Application" icon to start the application "eDROPS".

When you have started eDROPS, the eDROPS Loading Screen will appear.
Please note:

The applications will automatically be installed on your device. The first time eDROPS start, this process could take some time (up to 5 min depending on your internet connection).
Please be patient

On a handheld device (Android tablet), you will also be prompted to install the application on your device's start screen. eDROPS is not a common Android application that can be found in Google Play.
Loading screen and installation -Please notice
- When the tablet opens eDROPS for the first time, you will be prompted to install the app - do this if you prefer to use eDROPS directly from your start screen.
- When a tablet or Desktop opens eDROPS for the first time, the application has to download and install eDROPS.

After the data is downloaded, press No.
If you press Yes, eDROPS will download the entire database content for all your installations using eDROPS, this takes time and will fill your device memory cache and storage space.
