Request a New Customer/Installation or User - Guideline

Go to https://bridge.axess.no/. Log in by using the email and password connected to your account.
- On the BRIDGE Portal page, click on the profile icon in the top right corner and click on "Help and support" button:
- On the “Help and support” page, click on the “Browse help articles” button on the right side:
- If you are first time logging in, you will need to:
a. Enter your email address and press "Forgot Password?":
b. Follow the instructions in the email from Freshworks/Freshservice and set up the account in Freshworks to enter the BRIDGE Support Portal.
If you already have an account in Freshworks/Freshservice, enter the email and password and click the "Sign in" button. Axess users can enter the BRIDGE Support Portal by clicking the “Sign in with SSO” button.
5. Welcome to the BRIDGE Support Portal:
6. Under the "Product Request" section, you will find service request forms for ordering or disabling customers, installations or users in BRIDGE or any other request for Axess Digital team.
Click on the “Request to Add to BRIDGE” category and click on the “Add Company/Installation/User” button.
7. Fill in the required information in the service request form and follow the written instructions. Notice that some information is mandatory.
By doing this, you provide Axess Digital Agents with all required information to execute your request(s).
